An independent building services engineering consultancy

Pamtec Engineering specialises in building services, automation and building performance — combining engineering practice with advanced research to design systems that are robust, efficient, and centred on the people who use them.

The practice is registered in the Netherlands (KVK 94188602) with its office in Delft, and works regularly in Spain from Valencia. Projects run in English, Spanish and Dutch.

What makes the work different is not a methodology. It is that the same person who writes your control sequences also publishes peer-reviewed research on how occupants respond to them — so the design decisions are informed by evidence rather than by habit.

How we work
01

Independent

Impartial advice, not tied to any supplier or product. No commission, no resale, no preferred manufacturer.

02

Human-centred, research-backed

Grounded in current evidence and proven on large-scale projects.

03

A single partner

From the first calculation through to intelligent operation, without a handover between disciplines.

04

European experience

Across research, policy and practice — European Commission, IEA and national programmes.

05

A broad network

Industry and research specialists, so we can match the right people to each project.
